Who we are
One denominator, two asset classes.
Cash Cow Capital invests across operating businesses and real assets. The common denominator is not the asset class — it is finding opportunities where capital, technology, execution and long-term secular trends intersect.
Venture capital taught us to underwrite people and rate of change. Real estate taught us to underwrite time and cost of carry. Running both from the same platform means neither discipline gets to fool itself.
We are deliberately small. Every investment is reviewed by the people who will live with it.

We underwrite what happens if we are wrong before we model what happens if we are right.
Say the number out loud
Founders and partners get our real view on valuation, timeline and risk — in the first meeting, not the fifth.
Time is the real asset
Most of our returns come from holding good positions longer than the market's patience allows.
Small team, full ownership
No deal team hand-offs. The person who underwrites it is the person who answers for it.
